When you register on Opensooq (www.opensooq.com) or on one of its affiliated platforms or one of its affiliates, or you provide your data when registering for any of the services offered on the Opensooq (www.opensooq.com) or one of its affiliated platforms or one of its affiliates, you agree to receive marketing communications which might include calls, messages or otherwise.

 

6. Who do we share your data with?

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out above. We use third party service providers to help us deliver certain aspect of our Services for example, cloud storage facilities such as Amazon Web Services or others. Service providers may be located inside or outside of the country you are currently in.

In order to improve our Services, we will sometimes share your non-identifiable information with analytics providers that help us analyse how people are using our Platform/Service. We share your information with them in non-identifiable form for monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of the campaign delivery to our business partners and for internal business analysis. We seek to improve our products and advertising by using third party providers like Microsoft Clarity to see how users use our platforms. By using our platforms, you agree that we and third party services providers can collect and use this data.

We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement authorities, regulators, governmental or public bodies and other relevant third parties to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements.

When you post an item for sale using our Services, you may choose to make certain personal information visible to other OpenSooq users. This may include (but not limited to) your name,  your email address, your location, your contact number, and your picture. You agree that we may transfer your personal data to third parties inside and outside of your country.  So while we strive to protect such information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

The data we collect about you may be stored and processed inside as well as outside your country in secure servers in order to provide the best possible user experience for the Service and/or Platform, current or upcoming. For example – for fast website or mobile application build up.
